Doing Good & Doing Well, Together.

Black Label Ultra-Xscapes, as a company, and as a community, believes we are required to do good, when we are able to, do well. We are acutely aware of the world in which we live and understand that opportunity and continuous success is not always fairly or evenly distributed. Giving back has always been a central tenet to our organization. We hope it is also embraced by the members of our business and personal communities. While separately, we contribute a portion of our revenue to good, well run, charitable causes, we encourage the people around us to consider doing the same.

In our search for high quality, high impact, well run organizations to partner with in the journey of life, we have found First Serv Foundation. We find ourselves aligned in many ways with First Serv. First, they provide housing, hope and experiences to their community. We provide a similar product to our community. While we provide housing for the joy and experiences of our community, First Serve provides housing for many who are in crisis and survival mode in their communities. They seek and provide valuable services to communities of people who find themselves in a season of lack. Join us, in partnering with them through a charitable-gift of any amount, or participate annually in their adopt-a-bed ($1000) or adopt-a-house ($10,000) opportunities.

First Serv Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit that provides holistic services, recovery housing for people who are homeless, transitioning, and recovering at various stages of life. We prioritize housing for the United States Veteran and family community who fought for this Nations freedoms, and additionally, we are open to all groups in need of housing (including women and men on their recovery journey, senior citizens, individuals on disability and a fixed income, women escaping domestic violence situations, and the re-entry population).

The Foundation’s homes encourage holistic (physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual) wellness through monthly group therapy, and quarterly workshops such as financial planning and literacy, healthy diet and nutrition, art therapy, and prayer/meditation.

Donors will also have the opportunity to join the Foundation in namesake sponsoring & funding projects, including the opening of additional repurposed housing and commercial space (hotels/motels), to house veterans and their families; further, purchasing 3D and manufactured housing to create efficient and cost effective permanent housing options; the Mental Health and Wellness Gym, which provides physical and much needed mental health “wrap around“ services for veterans. Funding will also be allocated to office space for current First Serv Foundation staff; and the ongoing support staffing needed to increase and improve the quality of services.

As we continue to grow, the First Serv Foundation is excited to partner with donors who will have the opportunity to “adopt-a-bed” or “adopt-a-house” program in order to provide housing first for those in dire need, followed by referrals for employment and resources.

Do Good.

Do Well.

Godspeed.
